ORDER QUERIES
Q). How long will it take?
A). If the item/s you have ordered are of a small to medium nature like for example, a set of baubles, table lamp or ornament then you can expect your order within 2/3 working days. If your order is of a large nature and contains things like tables, chairs and shelving then we intend to have these orders delivered within 7/14 working days.
Q). Can I track my order?
A.) Of course, for small to medium items we use DPD and UPS and you will be sent an email/sms so that you can tract your order. For larger items such as furniture we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery day and time with you personally.
Q.) Why does it take longer for large items to be delivered?
A.) That's because we have an experienced and professional 2 man delivery team who will personally take care of your delivery ensuring it arrives safely and in good order. They will contact you before they arrive, bring your order directly to your front door and in to your house. Processing and delivering larger items takes time, especially at peak times of the year like Christmas etc.
Q.) Can I cancel/amend my order?
A.) No problem, just let us know as soon as you can by calling 0333 050 7077 or emailing info@caveclub.co.uk and we will take care or everything for you.
Q.) What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?
A.) Don't worry, just let us know as soon as possible and we will deal with everything for you.
Q.) Where is my order confirmation?
A.) You should have received an order confirmation after you checked out to the email address that you entered on the order page. If you did not receive the email please contact us as soon as possible.
Q.) What should I do if my order is missing or is taking too long?
A.) If you feel that your order should have arrived and you can't track it online for whatever reason then please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.
Q.) What happens if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
A.) Items that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced immediately. All that we ask is that you inspect your delivery upon arrival and inform us of any issues. In the event that your order has any issues such missing items then please let us know as soon as possible by calling 0333 050 7077 or emailing info@caveclub.co.uk
